Because all our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we generally don’t offer refunds once a file has been delivered. That said, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase — so here’s how we handle issues:
You’ll get a full refund if
- The download link doesn’t work and we can’t fix it within 48 hours
- The file is corrupted or doesn’t match the product description
- You were double-charged or charged in error
- The order was placed by a child without parental consent
To request a refund
