Refund Policy

Because all our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we generally don’t offer refunds once a file has been delivered. That said, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase — so here’s how we handle issues:

You’ll get a full refund if

  • The download link doesn’t work and we can’t fix it within 48 hours
  • The file is corrupted or doesn’t match the product description
  • You were double-charged or charged in error
  • The order was placed by a child without parental consent

To request a refund

Email hello@yaycolouring.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.
