YayColouring provides free printable coloring pages and digital products for families. We design the site for parents and caregivers to use with children.

Information we collect

We do not ask children to submit names, email addresses, photos, messages, or other personal information. Parents or guardians may contact us or make a purchase; that can provide contact, order, and payment-related information needed to answer the request, deliver a purchase, prevent fraud, and keep required business records. Payment processing is handled by the chosen payment provider, not by YayColouring storing card details.

Children and COPPA

Parents and guardians control any personal-information sharing. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child without the required parent or guardian permission, we will delete it. A parent may ask to review, correct, or delete information relating to their child, or stop further collection or use, by emailing hello@yaycolouring.com.

Emails, cookies, and sharing

Any newsletter or free-page email offer is for parents and guardians, never children. We do not sell personal information. We use essential site functions and may use privacy-conscious measurement tools to understand site use. If we add advertising, analytics, email, or other third-party tools that collect personal information, we will update this policy and obtain any required consent before use.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it using reasonable safeguards. No online service is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect information.
